Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eric Trapcea kicked off to start the match. Gigel Buciuman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisc Chiru, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After a rather tough play, METAXA's Eliodor Ponor got a free kick in the 10th minute. Francisc Chiru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gigel Buciuman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nae Marica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. PG FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mihai Manea in the 17th minute. After a rather tough play, PG FC's Flavius Claudiescu got a free kick in the 17th minute. Calistrat Cîrțu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eduard Cantemir in the 26th minute. Francisc Chiru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, METAXA's Marcu Vasiloiu got a free kick in the 32nd minute. If Francisc Chiru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Francisc Chiru came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the PG FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisc Chiru couldn't finish the play. Eusebiu Potoroacă charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eusebiu Potoroacă the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Francisc Chiru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gigel Buciuman having to make a save. Gigel Buciuman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nae Marica in the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Nae Marica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Gigel Buciuman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. METAXA's Eliodor Ponor got his second yellow card of the match in the 58th minute. The referee ordered Eliodor Ponor off the ground. After 59 played minutes METAXA got a freekick which was hit by Eliodor Ponor. Francisc Chiru scored 0-2 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gigel Buciuman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Flavius Claudiescu kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 70thth minute of the game Marcu Vasiloiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PG FC's Calistrat Cîrțu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 72 played minutes Francisc Chiru rounded METAXA's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Nae Marica managed to get in a good position for a shot. PG FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nae Marica was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gigel Buciuman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dorel Burdulea charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dorel Burdulea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th minute, Dorel Burdulea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute, PG FC's Francisc Chiru dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Calistrat Cîrțu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcu Vasiloiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Calistrat Cîrțu came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by METAXA's Eduard Cantemir. But to his dismay, Eduard Cantemir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4.
