Spectators: 7550 (Terracing: 5664, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 150) Sinisor CS's Sergiu Lițu got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sergiu Lițu struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Cătălin Bădulescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sinisor CS. After having played for 10 minutes, Aron Rânceanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sinisor CS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aron Rânceanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sergiu Lițu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cătălin Bădulescu having to interfere. When Sinisor CS's Aron Rânceanu in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Virsag UFC's goalie prevented a goal. Sergiu Lițu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Virsag UFC's Petre Stratulat got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 21st minute, one of Virsag UFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Virsag UFC. Cătălin Bădulescu had in the 23rdth minute some difficulties stopping Marin Ghimpu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Cătălin Bădulescu came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sinisor CS's Marin Ghimpu. But to his dismay, Marin Ghimpu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Cătălin Bădulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergiu Lițu in the 27th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sergiu Lițu during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 37 minutes into the match, Virsag UFC's goal looked a bit too open when Sorin Rizescu came free, but Cătălin Bădulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Marin Ghimpu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vintilă Negrilă was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 39th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marin Ghimpu during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sinisor CS! The goalkeeper, Aron Epure, was totally fooled by Virsag UFC's Vintilă Negrilă, who 43 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Sergiu Lițu made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Aron Rânceanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cătălin Bădulescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Aron Rânceanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cătălin Bădulescu having to interfere. Cătălin Bădulescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sergiu Lițu's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Sergiu Lițu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mădălin Alamaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cătălin Bădulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergiu Lițu in the 69th minute of play. Aron Rânceanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Cătălin Bădulescu made a huge save. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Virsag UFC's goalkeeper Cătălin Bădulescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cătălin Bădulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergiu Lițu in the 86th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Sinisor CS's Sergiu Lițu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cătălin Bădulescu. That made the score 1-4 after 88 minutes of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sinisor CS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
