In the 59th minute of the game, Gavril Iorda landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Cyprus Hools's Codruț Isăcescu got his second yellow card of the match in the 59th minute. The referee ordered Codruț Isăcescu off the ground. After 60 played minutes Cyprus Hools got a freekick which was hit by Codruț Isăcescu. If Claudiu Comișel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cyprus Hools walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
