Spectators: 7577 (Terracing: 5683, Seating: 1743, VIP seats: 151) FC Bucuresti's Teodor Firu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iustin Halipa in the 3rd minute of play. Robert Matei kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. If Iustin Halipa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Iustin Halipa came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Cismanesti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iustin Halipa couldn't finish the play. Teodor Firu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damian Țepelea went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iustin Halipa in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teodor Firu saved FC Bucuresti from getting behind. Cismanesti's Sabin Isărescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silviu Chibulcutean in the 26th minute of play. Damian Țepelea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Teodor Firu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 played minutes Cismanesti got a freekick which was hit by Ionuț Banciu. Teodor Firu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Țepelea, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Teodor Firu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Țepelea in the 36th minute of the match. Damian Țepelea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Bucuresti's goalkeeper Teodor Firu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Țepelea in the 46th minute of play forced FC Bucuresti's goalkeeper Teodor Firu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The FC Bucuresti players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cismanesti were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damian Țepelea was the one to do the kick off. Iustin Halipa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 54 minutes, Damian Țepelea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cismanesti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damian Țepelea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th match minute, Cismanesti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Dragomiroiu to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute of the match Alex Petruț sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sabin Isărescu skillfully saved the ball. Damian Țepelea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodor Firu having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Damian Țepelea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iustin Halipa was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 65th minute. Cismanesti's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iustin Halipa in the 69th minute of play forced FC Bucuresti's goalkeeper Teodor Firu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Iustin Halipa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Teodor Firu. That made the score 0-2 in the 73 minute of play. Cristian Dragomiroiu's late challenge caught a FC Bucuresti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristian Dragomiroiu helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Cismanesti's Cristian Dragomiroiu got a free kick in the 77th minute. A hard shot 84 in the game by Damian Țepelea from a close distance when the talented Teodor Firu managed to make a qualified save. FC Bucuresti's players were relieved. In the 86th minute Iustin Halipa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodor Firu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th match minute, FC Bucuresti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tudor Onitiu to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Iustin Halipa took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Teodor Firu to make any attempt to save it. Cismanesti played a much better game than FC Bucuresti and deserved their victory. The FC Bucuresti players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
