An unexpectedly hard shot by Gheorghe Cercelescu in the 12th minute of play forced Hamagia FC's goalkeeper Tiberiu Velicu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Dumitru Sbârcea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aristide Ceaușu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dumitru Sbârcea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damian Nicodim hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute Gheorghe Cercelescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiberiu Velicu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gheorghe Cercelescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiberiu Velicu having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Dumitru Sbârcea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hamagia FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hamagia FC's goalkeeper Tiberiu Velicu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Augustin Brănet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augustin Brănet scored 0-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aristide Ceaușu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Hamagia FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hinova AC the free kick. Olimpiu Baldovin kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Dorel Ştefănescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Tiberiu Velicu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Hinova AC's zone, Dumitru Sbârcea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aristide Ceaușu came out of the goal and Dumitru Sbârcea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Gheorghe Cercelescu made a precise shot to the right of Tiberiu Velicu. Hamagia FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Gheorghe Cercelescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tiberiu Velicu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gheorghe Cercelescu ran back to his position shaking his head. Augustin Brănet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristide Ceaușu having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Hamagia FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
