Seating: 1610, VIP seats: 140) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gheorghe Cercelescu kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the match, Prisian's goal looked a bit too open when Gheorghe Cercelescu came free, but Denis Stelian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Dorel Ştefănescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aristide Ceaușu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciprian Nițulescu in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Prisian's goalkeeper Denis Stelian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 29 played minutes Prisian got a freekick which was hit by Horea Petcu. Dorel Ştefănescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Stelian having to interfere. Aristide Ceaușu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manole Tache in the 35th minute of play. Prisian's Denis Stelian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gheorghe Cercelescu in the 47th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The wind increased when Manole Tache made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Dorel Ştefănescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Hinova AC's Gheorghe Cercelescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Denis Stelian narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Manole Tache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gheorghe Cercelescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Stelian having to interfere. Gheorghe Cercelescu struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Denis Stelian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hinova AC. Denis Stelian made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Dorel Ştefănescu sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Prisian's Nistor Bălțăteanu got a free kick in the 75th minute. When Manole Tache fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Prisian's protests and gave Manole Tache a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Prisian getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Manole Tache hit a great ball. Hinova AC's Aristide Ceaușu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manole Tache in the 91st minute of play. If Gheorghe Cercelescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
