Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tudor Encescu took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th minute Leonardo Burian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Tunar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidiu Tunar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Burian in the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oprestii's goalkeeper Ovidiu Tunar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 14 minutes into the match, Leonardo Burian notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Oprestii's Ovidiu Tunar. Leonardo Burian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Ovidiu Tunar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ovidiu Tunar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Crăiță's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. After some careless play in the Oprestii defense, Leonardo Burian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ovidiu Tunar. The Oprestii fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ovidiu Tunar should have stopped the shot. In the 40th match minute, FC Tg. Mureș was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vali Ceaușu to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oprestii's goalkeeper Ovidiu Tunar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ovidiu Tunar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Crăiță in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.
In the 53rd minute of the match Virgil Răcănel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aurelian Ghioane showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Leonardo Burian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ovidiu Tunar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Burian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Crăiță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidiu Tunar having to interfere. Aurelian Ghioane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tudor Encescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Sebastian Crăiță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 90th minute Leonardo Burian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Tunar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 93 played minutes FC Tg. Mureș got a freekick which was hit by Nicodim Gârniceanu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Corneliu Melinte in the 95th minute of play forced FC Tg. Mureș's goalkeeper Aurelian Ghioane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Oprestii fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Tg. Mureș were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
