Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tudor Carp got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, Frasincea CSS's Francisc Şteflea got control of the ball when Vali Blăniță tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Vali Blăniță managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nevesteasca's supporters rose to their feet, but Vali Blăniță was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisc Şteflea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tudor Carp hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Nistor Anghel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nevesteasca's George Alexandru got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Francisc Şteflea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Alexandru in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Tudor Carp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. George Alexandru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Francisc Şteflea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Frasincea CSS's goalkeeper Francisc Şteflea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Francisc Şteflea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Alexandru in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tudor Carp in the 72nd minute of play forced Nevesteasca's goalkeeper Mugur Lucescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, George Alexandru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nevesteasca fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When George Alexandru came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Nevesteasca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that George Alexandru couldn't finish the play. When Vali Blăniță came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Nevesteasca fans jumped to their feet. When the referee ended the match the Nevesteasca players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
