Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Octavian Ionășescu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 3 minutes, Iosif Codruț mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arsenal Sighet and the Pereveciori players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Pereveciori booed when Arsenal Sighet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iosif Codruț didn't get a good kick on the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Pereveciori's goal looked a bit too open when Octavian Ionășescu came free, but Vasile Stratulat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Octavian Ionășescu hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Valentin Nichitelea made a precise shot to the right of Francisc Filipașcu. Arsenal Sighet's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Octavian Ionășescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasile Stratulat having to interfere. Valentin Nichitelea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Francisc Filipașcu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Mihai Vârlan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Francisc Antohi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arsenal Sighet's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisc Antohi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vasile Stratulat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Petruț Onișoru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Vasile Stratulat made a huge save. After 45 played minutes Pereveciori got a freekick which was hit by Eliodor Tender. In the 46th minute, Corneliu Cruceru sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pereveciori's Vasile Stratulat didn't even have to move. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Horea Andriescu made a kick off. After having played for 58 minutes, Valentin Nichitelea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pereveciori's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Nichitelea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Valentin Nichitelea struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Francisc Filipașcu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pereveciori. When Valentin Nichitelea came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Pereveciori fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Nichitelea couldn't finish the play. Valentin Nichitelea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Francisc Filipașcu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horea Andriescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Arsenal Sighet's Petruț Onișoru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vasile Stratulat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 88th minute Octavian Ionășescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasile Stratulat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vasile Stratulat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute Petruț Onișoru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasile Stratulat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
