Ivan Acalinei hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Edgar Rotariu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 8th minute, Costel Crainic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee felt a red card was in order, 12 minutes into the game, when Flavius Petran put in a rough tackle. The referee gave AS Dealurile a penalty, 14 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Stelian Vancea, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Indol's Sever Colin. 1-0. In the 21st minute of the match, Nae Bogdan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sever Colin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 24 minutes into the match, Indol's goalkeeper Sever Colin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciprian Stănciulescu. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sandu Cudalb got free with Sever Colin in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sever Colin was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Valer Burdea capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Valer Burdea really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcu Manciulescu in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Costel Giosu saved AS Dealurile from getting behind. Marin Pipirig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Edgar Rotariu came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Indol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgar Rotariu couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcu Manciulescu to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind AS Dealurile's goalkeeper Costel Giosu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 54th minute Edgar Rotariu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Costel Giosu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sever Colin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Petrescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. AS Dealurile's Costel Giosu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcu Manciulescu in the 61st minute of play. Sandu Cudalb kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. If Marin Pipirig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 66 minutes, Edgar Rotariu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Indol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgar Rotariu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Indol's Mugurel Teaşcă got a free kick in the 69th minute. Sever Colin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costel Crainic, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valer Burdea in the 79th minute of play forced Indol's goalkeeper Sever Colin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Edgar Rotariu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Indol's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Rotariu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Costel Giosu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 89 played minutes Indol got a freekick which was hit by Marin Pipirig. If Nae Bogdan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, Indol's goal looked a bit too open when Nae Bogdan came free, but Sever Colin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valer Burdea scored 3-2 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sever Colin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The AS Dealurile support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
