Bogdan Iorda's late challenge caught a Varati FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bogdan Iorda helped the player get up and apologised. Bogdan Iorda kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Varati FC's Nicolae Gorjanu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 11th minute, Moise Bălace fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Sandu Tadici who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Manole Olariu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Manole Olariu acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 21st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Pompiliu Oltean. Szekely FC's Manole Olariu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Szekely FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Szekely FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Marian Lucian hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, Varati FC's Moise Bălace sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manole Olariu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Szekely FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelian Pacuraru came free, but Manole Olariu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moise Bălace didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 43rd minute. Varati FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! 46 minutes into the match, Szekely FC's goal looked a bit too open when Moise Bălace came free, but Manole Olariu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

52 minutes into the match, Moise Bălace notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Szekely FC's Manole Olariu. Manole Olariu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Moise Bălace received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Manole Olariu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Eduard Enoiu came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Szekely FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduard Enoiu couldn't finish the play. In the 60th minute, Mihail Stroie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Moise Bălace fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manole Olariu having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Bogdan Iorda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Sandu Tadici sped through Szekely FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Manole Olariu. In the 68th minute, Sandu Tadici ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manole Olariu was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Manole Olariu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sandu Tadici's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Manole Olariu came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Varati FC's Sandu Tadici. But to his dismay, Sandu Tadici quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. If Sandu Tadici had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute Eduard Enoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marin Minulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86thth minute of the game Sandu Tadici who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Szekely FC's Manole Olariu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marin Minulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduard Enoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Iacob Horațiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sandu Tadici fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manole Olariu having to interfere. When Marius Gioagă fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Szekely FC's protests and gave Marius Gioagă a yellow card for diving instead.
