FC KLAUSENBURG's Lucian Zbuchea got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucian Zbuchea in the 14th minute of play forced CF Târgoviște 2017's goalkeeper Gică Calota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cezar Paraschiv kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Gică Calota was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lucian Zbuchea showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Lucian Zbuchea managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC KLAUSENBURG's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucian Zbuchea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gică Calota breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45thth minute of the game Lucian Zbuchea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CF Târgoviște 2017's Gică Calota was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Emilian Găman came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the FC KLAUSENBURG fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emilian Găman couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Gică Calota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucian Zbuchea in the 67th minute of play. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Lucian Zbuchea sped through CF Târgoviște 2017's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gică Calota. Augustin Bunescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iurie Gheban in the 74th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, CF Târgoviște 2017's Emil Chesaru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Augustin Bunescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, FC KLAUSENBURG's Augustin Bunescu got control of the ball when Emil Chesaru tried to sneak it across the goal line.
