The supporters of Kadicsfalva UFC booed when Hotarel FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucrețiu Taşcă didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Dragotescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gică Scaeru went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score.

53 minutes into the game, Martin Ostoici cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Manuel Dragotescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nistor Nicoliță hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Gică Scaeru scored 0-3 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manuel Dragotescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Hotarel FC's zone, Cosmin Macovei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Dragotescu came out of the goal and Cosmin Macovei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Hotarel FC's Ionuț Pușcariu got a free kick in the 75th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Gică Scaeru managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kadicsfalva UFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gică Scaeru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Dragotescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Martin Ostoici's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manuel Dragotescu was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Gică Scaeru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the game, Nistor Nicoliță recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Manuel Dragotescu. Nistor Nicoliță showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Nistor Nicoliță recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gigel Sandu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavian Drăucean in the 96th minute of play. Kadicsfalva UFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
