Spectators: 6737 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gheorghe Şendrea took the kick off in the first half of the match. Liviu Zmărăndache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezar Burca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Panic AC's Liviu Zmărăndache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Semeghin in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Cazimir Stolniciu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexandru Lipan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Robert Chelaru firmly grabbed it by the left post. Busu's Robert Chelaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gheorghe Şendrea in the 12th minute of play. Aron Iurașcu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liviu Zmărăndache having to interfere. When Cezar Burca came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Busu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cezar Burca couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute, Panic AC's Gheorghe Şendrea ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Robert Chelaru. Robert Chelaru yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 22 minutes, Gabriel Semeghin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Busu and the Panic AC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Panic AC booed when Busu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Semeghin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Panic AC's zone, Gabriel Semeghin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Liviu Zmărăndache came out of the goal and Gabriel Semeghin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cezar Burca in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Liviu Zmărăndache prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Busu's Robert Chelaru got control of the ball when Alexandru Lipan tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute, Cezar Burca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the match, Busu's goalkeeper Robert Chelaru had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexandru Lipan. Liviu Zmărăndache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aron Iurașcu in the 35th minute of play. Liviu Zmărăndache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezar Burca, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Busu's Valer Chinezu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Liviu Zmărăndache narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With 41 minutes on the clock, Aron Iurașcu commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Busu fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 44 minutes, Panic AC's Anton Drăghici got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Robert Chelaru. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Petruț Miron stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Busu's attentive Cezar Burca managed to snatch the ball when Liviu Dobrițoiu made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. Cezar Burca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Liviu Zmărăndache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cezar Burca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liviu Zmărăndache having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Gabriel Semeghin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Petruț Miron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cezar Burca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cezar Burca kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emilian Perșa during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th match minute, Panic AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilian Perșa to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Busu's Gabriel Semeghin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Liviu Zmărăndache. Liviu Zmărăndache yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. In the 69th minute, Alexandru Lipan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panic AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. If Cezar Burca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petruț Miron struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Liviu Zmărăndache didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Busu. Gabriel Semeghin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Liviu Zmărăndache skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cezar Burca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Busu's Cezar Burca managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Liviu Dobrițoiu in the 82 minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Gabriel Semeghin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Busu's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Semeghin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Liviu Zmărăndache breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Panic AC's Liviu Zmărăndache got control of the ball when Petruț Miron tried to sneak it across the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Cezar Burca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Liviu Zmărăndache. Panic AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cezar Burca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, Panic AC could leave the field as winners, despite Busu having more of the ball for most of the match.
