In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arsenal Londra's goalkeeper Liviu Gârleanu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lucian Oroian in the 8thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Liviu Gârleanu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Liviu Gârleanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andrei Costea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristi Ungureanu in the 32nd minute of the match. After having played for 35 minutes, Teodor Simionaş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Grigorescu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodor Simionaş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucian Oroian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Liviu Gârleanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Sebastian Mincu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucian Oroian came free with the goalkeeper in the 43rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Liviu Gârleanu could save by the left post. Arsenal Londra's Liviu Gârleanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Arsenal Londra from getting a goal against them. If Lucian Oroian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristi Ungureanu to make the kick off. The FC Grigorescu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Cristi Ungureanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the game, Arsenal Londra's Ernest Dănescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andrei Costea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Lucian Oroian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
