Spectators: 7163 (Terracing: 5613, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Liviu Ungur took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Stegarii's goal looked a bit too open when Mihail Bălcescu came free, but Rareș Podgoreanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grigore Coșeriu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodor Mușătescu having to interfere. In the 15th minute Liviu Ungur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodor Mușătescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grigore Coșeriu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Teodor Mușătescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Corneliu Stolniciu kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After 24 minutes, Gabriel Cozorici mouthed his way into the referee's book. Rareș Podgoreanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Teodor Mușătescu made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Grigore Coșeriu sent off a good shot on target. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Mihail Bălcescu made the kick off in the second half. Laurențiu Aaxiniei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mihail Bălcescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Călin Barbu kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. It was beautiful to see Stegarii's Corneliu Stolniciu in action when he in the 61st minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Liviu Ungur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Victor Hurezan hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. When Liviu Ungur came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Stegarii fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Liviu Ungur couldn't finish the play. Mihail Bălcescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rareș Podgoreanu having to interfere. If Laurențiu Aaxiniei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodor Mușătescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grigore Coșeriu, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Mihail Bălcescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Rareș Podgoreanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teodor Mușătescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liviu Ungur, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The Dacia Chișinău players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Stegarii from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
