Denis Taşcău came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Colonia FC's Fabian Frâncu. But to his dismay, Fabian Frâncu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. A collision led to Colonia FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Narcis David hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, Teodor Brânzeu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the match, Tetcoiul's George Hârlab broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vasile Dobrin in the 28th minute of play forced Colonia FC's goalkeeper Petre Dinculescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Mihail Zburlea made a precise shot to the right of Petre Dinculescu. Colonia FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The audience was convinced that Vasile Dobrin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Petre Dinculescu was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisc Bivolaru couldn't finish the play. Vasile Dobrin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 68th playminute. Petre Dinculescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vasile Dobrin in the 73rd minute.
