Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Octavian Rogozea started the match with the kick off. Tomnatec's Mugurel Şteflea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandu Stănoiu in the 5th minute of play. Cristi Oroveanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavian Rogozea in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavian Rogozea in the 13th minute of play forced FC.Borsa.MM's goalkeeper Cristi Oroveanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC.Borsa.MM getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Emil Hudiță hit a great ball. Eduard Dobrescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Cristi Oroveanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristi Oroveanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavian Rogozea in the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Cristinel Cozma ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mugurel Şteflea was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Mugurel Şteflea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristinel Cozma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, FC.Borsa.MM's Cristi Oroveanu got control of the ball when Eduard Dobrescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The long shot by Octav Bosânceanu in the 34th minute really tested Cristi Oroveanu's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When Eduard Dobrescu came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Tomnatec fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduard Dobrescu couldn't finish the play. 47 minutes into the match, Octavian Rogozea dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cristi Oroveanu, 1-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sandu Stănoiu was the one to do the kick off. Cristi Oroveanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard Dobrescu in the 54th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Octavian Rogozea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristi Oroveanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristi Oroveanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavian Rogozea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Octavian Rogozea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 76 minutes, Eduard Dobrescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tomnatec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduard Dobrescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristinel Cozma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mugurel Şteflea having to interfere. Emil Hudiță might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mugurel Şteflea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emil Hudiță ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Tomnatec's Ernest Agârbiceanu got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 84th minute, Cristinel Cozma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Tomnatec's goalkeeper Mugurel Şteflea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristinel Cozma. Cristi Oroveanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavian Rogozea in the 99th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC.Borsa.MM walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
