After 26 minutes, George Rada mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jijila and the Tetcoiul players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Jijila getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. George Rada hit a great ball. Mihail Zburlea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Jijila's Gigel Teişanu got control of the ball when Vasile Dobrin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jijila's Gigel Teişanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihail Zburlea in the 32nd minute of play. Gigel Teişanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihail Zburlea in the 33rd minute of the match. Mihail Zburlea received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gigel Teişanu came out and tried to block the shot, but Mihail Zburlea slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 35th minute. Denis Taşcău took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Panait Dan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mihail Zburlea was the one to do the kick off. When Tetcoiul's Vasile Dobrin in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jijila's goalie prevented a goal. In the 63rd minute, Panait Dan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Denis Taşcău made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Panait Dan sent off a good shot on target. Panait Dan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Taşcău having to interfere. When Aurel Remus fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick.
