Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Răzvan Maruță started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Răzvan Maruță succeeded in the game's 3rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. In the 5th match minute, DarkSide was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Codrin Anghel to maneuver through the defense. When Iași's Flavius Bitang in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DarkSide's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 13 minutes, Codrin Anghel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DarkSide's supporters crossed their fingers, but Codrin Anghel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18th minute, Codrin Anghel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DarkSide fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Ovidiu Lăzan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Răzvan Maruță, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonard Gheorghiu in the 31st minute of play forced DarkSide's goalkeeper Remus Marina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Răzvan Maruță got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Codrin Anghel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ovidiu Lăzan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. When Răzvan Maruță came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the DarkSide fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Răzvan Maruță couldn't finish the play. In the 40th minute Răzvan Maruță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Lăzan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remus Marina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavius Bitang in the 43rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Codrin Anghel managed to get in a good position for a shot. DarkSide's supporters rose to their feet, but Codrin Anghel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidiu Lăzan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Răzvan Maruță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonard Gheorghiu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Ioan Hurmuzache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the match, Iași's goal looked a bit too open when Răzvan Maruță came free, but Ovidiu Lăzan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Iași's zone, Codrin Anghel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidiu Lăzan came out of the goal and Codrin Anghel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Codrin Anghel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ovidiu Lăzan was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Iași's Ovidiu Lăzan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Codrin Anghel in the 67th minute of play. After 68 played minutes Iași got a freekick which was hit by Pompiliu Tătaru. Ioan Hurmuzache charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ioan Hurmuzache the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ovidiu Lăzan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Răzvan Maruță, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Remus Marina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Gheorghiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 80 played minutes Iași got a freekick which was hit by Olimpiu Brumă. Luca Suciu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ovidiu Lăzan. Iași's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 88th minute, Răzvan Maruță left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DarkSide fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. If Răzvan Maruță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Codrin Anghel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidiu Lăzan having to interfere. There was no doubt that DarkSide were the better team. DarkSide's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
