Doru Urducea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandru Panciu in the 36th minute of play. Alexandru Panciu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doru Urducea having to interfere. Doru Urducea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexandru Panciu went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The Ashburton Grove players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CFR Cluj were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alexandru Panciu to strike the kick off in the second half. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Doru Urducea, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Doru Urducea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandru Panciu in the 96th minute of the match. CFR Cluj's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
