Matei Musta hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 7 minutes into the match, Cernavoda's goalkeeper Daniel Bădulescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bogdan Barascu. In the 9th minute of the match, Eugen Dobrin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Daniel Bădulescu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Daniel Bădulescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bogdan Barascu in the 11th minute. Pacuraresti CSM's Isac Basarabescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iosif Spiru in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute Gheorghe Zbârcea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Bădulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugen Dobrin took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniel Bădulescu. Daniel Bădulescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 23rd minute, Florin Popete hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florin Popete received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Daniel Bădulescu came out and tried to block the shot, but Florin Popete slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 28th minute. In the 37th minute, Pacuraresti CSM's Eugen Dobrin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Pacuraresti CSM's Isac Basarabescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduard Neacșu in the 42nd minute of play. The supporters of Cernavoda booed when Pacuraresti CSM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugen Dobrin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bogdan Barascu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Bădulescu having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gheorghe Zbârcea to strike the kick off in the second half. Eduard Neacșu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iosif Spiru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Pacuraresti CSM getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Dan Ungureanu hit a great ball. Daniel Bădulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Barascu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Barascu in the 58th minute of play forced Cernavoda's goalkeeper Daniel Bădulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iosif Spiru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Basarabescu having to interfere. Daniel Bădulescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bogdan Barascu went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Cernavoda's Daniel Bădulescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugen Dobrin in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute of the match Costică Pamfil sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniel Bădulescu skillfully saved the ball. After 90 played minutes Pacuraresti CSM got a freekick which was hit by Gheorghe Arghiroiu. 93 minutes into the game, Florin Popete cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Daniel Bădulescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 96th play minutes Bogdan Barascu shot 6-1, a short shot which went by Daniel Bădulescu and just under the crossbar into goal.
