Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Oprisorul FC's Ciprian Chinezu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 9th minute Gavril Mazăre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigore Şerb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martin Octavian during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Oprisorul FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Martin Octavian hit a great ball. Grigore Şerb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rareș Radovan in the 20th minute of play. Grigore Şerb came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. CEAHLAUL's Gavril Mazăre. But to his dismay, Gavril Mazăre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 26th minute, Eric Birișu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 28 minutes, Ciprian Chinezu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oprisorul FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciprian Chinezu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 31st minute Leontin Cimpoieru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigore Şerb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 played minutes Oprisorul FC got a freekick which was hit by Ciprian Chinezu. Oprisorul FC's Grigore Trifu got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgar Baicu fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 45th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rareș Radovan made a kick off. When Eric Birișu came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the F.C. CEAHLAUL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eric Birișu couldn't finish the play. If Edgar Baicu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to F.C. CEAHLAUL getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Eric Birișu hit a great ball. Edgar Baicu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Edgar Baicu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bogdan Teodoreanu having to interfere. 69 minutes into the game, one of Oprisorul FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Grigore Şerb had in the 70thth minute some difficulties stopping Teodor Isaicu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 72nd minute, Eric Birișu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the game, F.C. CEAHLAUL's Eric Birișu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Grigore Şerb made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Eric Birișu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oprisorul FC's Grigore Şerb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leontin Cimpoieru in the 80th minute of play. When Gavril Mazăre came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the F.C. CEAHLAUL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavril Mazăre couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gavril Mazăre got free with Grigore Şerb in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, F.C. CEAHLAUL's Eric Birișu got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 93rd minute, Rareș Radovan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Grigore Şerb. The goal made the score 1-4. 96 minutes into the match, Oprisorul FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Birișu came free, but Grigore Şerb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
