Martin Bușcu hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dacian Nicolau during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 5th minute, Dacian Nicolau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sergiu Măcrinici could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Albert Gavrilescu made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Tolos's Dacian Nicolau got a free kick in the 12th minute. Tolos's Valentin Firea suffered a concussion in the 13th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. When Claudiu Aldulescu fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coman1980's protests and gave Claudiu Aldulescu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Tolos booed when Coman1980 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudiu Aldulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dacian Nicolau kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Tolos's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sergiu Măcrinici fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Tudor Mirciu's late challenge caught a Tolos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tudor Mirciu helped the player get up and apologised. Tudor Mirciu kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ion Ciocan in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgil Brănet saved Coman1980 from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ion Ciocan in the 35th minute of play forced Coman1980's goalkeeper Virgil Brănet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Ion Ciocan put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Virgil Brănet. Panait Cârstea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Virgil Brănet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. The Coman1980 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tolos were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ion Ciocan was the one to do the kick off. Adrian Grindeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgil Brănet having to interfere. Virgil Brănet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ion Ciocan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Coman1980's Virgil Brănet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ion Ciocan in the 57th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Horea Arghiroiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ion Ciocan came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Tolos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ion Ciocan couldn't finish the play. 61 minutes into the game, Tudor Mirciu threw the ball into play from the sideline. Tolos's Dacian Nicolau quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After some careless play in the Coman1980 defense, Panait Cârstea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Virgil Brănet. The Coman1980 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Virgil Brănet should have stopped the shot. Ion Ciocan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Virgil Brănet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 76 played minutes Coman1980 got a freekick which was hit by Tudor Mirciu. After a defensive mix-up in Coman1980's zone, Ion Ciocan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Virgil Brănet came out of the goal and Ion Ciocan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sergiu Măcrinici fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Gavrilescu having to interfere. If Ion Ciocan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Panait Cârstea struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Virgil Brănet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tolos. Tolos's Sorin Bârza quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Mircea Buteanu, made in the 94th minute of the game. In the 95th minute, Sorin Bârza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Virgil Brănet. The goal made the score 0-3. When the final whistle sounded Tolos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Coman1980.
