Gigi Miclescu hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Revarsarea Sulina's Mugurel Ionescu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vlad Ghișe. That made the score 2-0 after 24 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugurel Ionescu in the 27th minute of play forced FC Voința Buzau's goalkeeper Vlad Ghișe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vlad Ghișe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in FC Voința Buzau's zone, Mugurel Ionescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vlad Ghișe came out of the goal and Mugurel Ionescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
