FC Flalex were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Dobolt's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dumitru Nasta took the corner. FC Flalex's Dumitru Nasta was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nichifor Răica in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Costică Ciolpan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Costică Ciolpan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Răzvan Petrescu was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Remus Badea charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Costică Ciolpan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Răzvan Petrescu having to interfere. A collision led to FC Flalex getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Mircea Ionescu hit a great ball. Răzvan Petrescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costică Ciolpan, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Răzvan Petrescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdinand Codrescu in the 25th minute of the match. After 26 played minutes FC Flalex got a freekick which was hit by Damian Breazu. After a defensive mix-up in Dobolt's zone, Șerban Zglimbea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nichifor Răica came out of the goal and Șerban Zglimbea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 37 minutes, Nichifor Răica successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 41st minute Ferdinand Codrescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Răzvan Petrescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Costică Ciolpan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Răzvan Petrescu was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. In the 46th minute, Costică Ciolpan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Răzvan Petrescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

FC Flalex's Răzvan Petrescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costică Ciolpan in the 57th minute of play. Ferdinand Codrescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Răzvan Petrescu having to make a save. Dobolt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Flalex the free kick. In the 73rd minute, Sabin Ciocârlan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Răzvan Petrescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costică Ciolpan in the 77th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Costică Ciolpan took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Răzvan Petrescu to make any attempt to save it. In the 91st minute, Costică Ciolpan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Costică Ciolpan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Răzvan Petrescu was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. When the final whistle sounded Dobolt left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Flalex.
