Spectators: 6860 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) In the 7th match minute, Santimbru FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nistor Popete to maneuver through the defense. Ivan Corlățean showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dragoş Bârlea in the 11th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Iustinian Datcu made a precise shot to the right of Ivan Corlățean. Rasculatii de la Bobilna's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 19 minutes into the game, Iustinian Datcu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Santimbru FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rasculatii de la Bobilna the free kick. In the 19th minute, Iustinian Datcu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Dorel Sasu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rasculatii de la Bobilna's supporters rose to their feet, but Dorel Sasu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgil Huidu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cazimir Zbârlea struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Virgil Huidu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rasculatii de la Bobilna. Aurel Brăiloiu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Virgil Huidu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Santimbru FC's Iustin Ologu got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 29thth minute of the game Basarab Gagiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santimbru FC's Virgil Huidu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iustinian Datcu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Ivan Corlățean skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With an all-out effort, Santimbru FC's Ivan Corlățean threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Iustin Ologu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alex Marinică received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Virgil Huidu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cazimir Zbârlea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Virgil Huidu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basarab Gagiu in the 45th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Dragoş Bârlea made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Basarab Gagiu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Virgil Huidu was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Ivan Corlățean showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iustinian Datcu in the 57th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dragoş Bârlea in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Corlățean prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th minute Dragoş Bârlea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Corlățean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Santimbru FC booed when Rasculatii de la Bobilna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavian Onuț didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute, Aurel Buș hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 83 played minutes, Santimbru FC's Aurel Buș shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ivan Corlățean came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Santimbru FC reached it. Cazimir Zbârlea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgil Huidu having to interfere. Aurel Brăiloiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Rasculatii de la Bobilna's goal looked a bit too open when Iustinian Datcu came free, but Ivan Corlățean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of Rasculatii de la Bobilna:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Santimbru FC:s goal. Iordache Vintilă shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Basarab Gagiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rasculatii de la Bobilna were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
