Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Vlad Negru started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Remus Arșanu's late challenge caught a Birnadel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remus Arșanu helped the player get up and apologised. Remus Arșanu kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Avram Geambașu was a little too slow when Silviu Zamfirescu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 2-0. Valeriu Urduban hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Dumitru Răchiteanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Avram Geambașu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Birnadel's Dorin Grozuță got a free kick in the 25th minute. Vlascenii's Avram Geambașu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Vlascenii from getting a goal against them. 32 minutes into the match, Birnadel's goal looked a bit too open when Vlad Dărăscu came free, but Mircea Blăniță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mircea Blăniță stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vlad Negru's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Vlascenii's Avram Geambașu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Vlascenii from getting a goal against them.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silviu Zamfirescu to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Silviu Zamfirescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Avram Geambașu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Avram Geambașu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silviu Zamfirescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mircea Blăniță showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vlad Negru in the 66th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Birnadel's Ciprian Scripcaru got a free kick in the 67th minute. Silviu Zamfirescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avram Geambașu having to interfere. After having played for 71 minutes, Ciprian Scripcaru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Birnadel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciprian Scripcaru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silviu Zamfirescu in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Avram Geambașu saved Vlascenii from getting behind. Vlad Dărăscu might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mircea Blăniță. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vlad Dărăscu ran back to his position shaking his head. After 83 played minutes Birnadel got a freekick which was hit by Ştefan Andronache. Avram Geambașu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silviu Zamfirescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Avram Geambașu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silviu Zamfirescu's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Dumitru Răchiteanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avram Geambașu having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Birnadel fully deserved thier win.
