Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) chindia tgv's Cazimir Mușat started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ilie Ploieșteanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vlad Dărăscu in the 3rd minute. If Cazimir Mușat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vlascenii's Avram Geambașu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cazimir Mușat in the 16th minute of play. Valeriu Urduban blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ilie Ploieșteanu having to make a save. In the 23rd minute, Vlascenii's Valeriu Urduban dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Claudiu Tomozei kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Eduard Drăghincescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ilie Ploieșteanu. chindia tgv's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 29 played minutes Vlascenii got a freekick which was hit by Eduard Drăghincescu. The audience was convinced that Vlad Dărăscu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ilie Ploieșteanu was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vlad Negru to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Remus Arșanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nae Marioteanu got free with Avram Geambașu in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Cazimir Mușat took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Avram Geambașu to make any attempt to save it. Avram Geambașu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nae Marioteanu in the 66th minute. The supporters of Vlascenii booed when chindia tgv was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosmin Arseni didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Vlad Negru notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of chindia tgv's Ilie Ploieșteanu.
