Francisc Cărtărescu charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francisc Cărtărescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AC AderaWall™! After 33 played minutes, Barsanesti's Panait Udroiu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nicu Arjoca came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barsanesti reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcu Nicopol in the 36th managed to get into a good position. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcu Nicopol ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pavel Ghiciușca was the one to do the kick off. Marcu Nicopol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Martin Udup sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 65 played minutes Barsanesti got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Cerghizan. 73 minutes into the game, Barsanesti's Marcu Nicopol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicu Arjoca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 80th play minutes Marcu Nicopol shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Nicu Arjoca and just under the crossbar into goal. Marcu Nicopol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barsanesti's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
