Sever Stoian was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 19th minute. ispi's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Dinu Poplăcean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corneliu Romulus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, ispi's Eliodor Drilea got a free kick in the 26th minute. Dinu Poplăcean made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sever Stoian in the 30th minute. Dinu Poplăcean was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. ispi walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
