Spectators: 7399 (Terracing: 5602, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 80) 3 minutes into the game, Vrincioaia's Augustin Ştercă nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Costică Șeimeanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Dinu Pistol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horaţiu Brumă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Dragușin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dauluchiol's Costică Șeimeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dumitru Brezoi in the 15th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dumitru Brezoi in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Costică Șeimeanu saved Dauluchiol from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Dauluchiol's Martin Bocșa got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Dinu Pistol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Adam Dragușin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dinu Pistol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Horaţiu Brumă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dinu Pistol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horaţiu Brumă having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Adam Dragușin notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Vrincioaia's Horaţiu Brumă. Horaţiu Brumă was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 40 minutes, Ionel Bălășescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vrincioaia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ionel Bălășescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 48 played minutes Vrincioaia got a freekick which was hit by Vintilă Grama.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dumitru Brezoi to make the kick off. Ionel Bălășescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Costică Șeimeanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martin Bocșa during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 57 played minutes Dauluchiol got a freekick which was hit by Martin Bocșa. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adam Dragușin got free with Horaţiu Brumă in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dumitru Brezoi in the 70th minute of play forced Dauluchiol's goalkeeper Costică Șeimeanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ionuț Borogeanu's late challenge caught a Vrincioaia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ionuț Borogeanu helped the player get up and apologised. Ionuț Borogeanu hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. The attack was good, but when Dumitru Brezoi in the 77th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Dumitru Brezoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Costică Șeimeanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 90 minutes, Vintilă Grama mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vrincioaia and the Dauluchiol players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vintilă Grama kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Horaţiu Brumă stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dinu Pistol's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. The Dauluchiol players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
