He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Emilian Fărcașu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Horaţiu Brumă made a huge save. In the 14th minute, Emilian Fărcașu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Emilian Fărcașu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Vrincioaia booed when Hust SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilian Fărcașu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ionel Bălășescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute, Iosif Drâmbă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 24 minutes, Dumitru Brezoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vrincioaia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dumitru Brezoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute, Emilian Fărcașu fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Oğuz Tuyuğ managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hust SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Oğuz Tuyuğ was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horaţiu Brumă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 43 minutes into the game, Dumitru Brezoi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vrincioaia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hust SC the free kick. Dumitru Brezoi kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Oğuz Tuyuğ blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Horaţiu Brumă having to make a save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dumitru Brezoi to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Emilian Fărcașu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Horaţiu Brumă was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Horaţiu Brumă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilian Fărcașu in the 57th minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Ionel Bălășescu notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Hust SC's Paul Slătineanu. Paul Slătineanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Horaţiu Brumă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilian Fărcașu in the 69th minute of play. When Hust SC's Emilian Fărcașu in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vrincioaia's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emilian Fărcașu in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horaţiu Brumă prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Vrincioaia's zone, Emilian Fărcașu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horaţiu Brumă came out of the goal and Emilian Fărcașu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vintilă Grama charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vintilă Grama the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Vrincioaia's Vintilă Grama got a free kick in the 77th minute. After 81 played minutes Vrincioaia got a freekick which was hit by Vintilă Grama. Horaţiu Brumă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilian Fărcașu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Oğuz Tuyuğ managed to get in a good position for a shot.
