Spectators: 7567 (Terracing: 5676, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 151) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vlad Țepeneag took the kick off in the first half of the match. Nistor Dascălu kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Vlad Țepeneag did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Iordache Dobrescu 7 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute Cornel Daria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Bunescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nistor Dascălu charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nistor Dascălu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of MCM.LAZIO booed when fcrapid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nistor Dascălu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Vlad Țepeneag, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 22 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Iordache Dobrescu was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Vlad Țepeneags short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Iordache Dobrescu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Basarab Spoială fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iordache Dobrescu having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vlad Țepeneag in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iordache Dobrescu saved fcrapid from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vlad Țepeneag got free with Iordache Dobrescu in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Aurel Dragușin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Iordache Dobrescu managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when MCM.LAZIO's Vlad Țepeneag fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Iordache Dobrescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basarab Spoială, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vlad Țepeneag got free with Iordache Dobrescu in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vlad Țepeneag recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aurel Dragușin made a kick off. In the 55th minute Aurel Dragușin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Bunescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basarab Spoială recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. MCM.LAZIO's George Bunescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurel Dragușin in the 58th minute of play. Aurelian Mandache lost his temper 61 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 66th minute, Cornel Daria left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The fcrapid fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Gheorghe Drăghici fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iordache Dobrescu having to interfere. After having played for 76 minutes, Gheorghe Drăghici managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MCM.LAZIO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gheorghe Drăghici was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aurel Dragușin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Bunescu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gheorghe Drăghici in the 89th minute of play forced fcrapid's goalkeeper Iordache Dobrescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Basarab Spoială had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Gheorghe Drăghici managed to get in a good position for a shot. MCM.LAZIO's supporters rose to their feet, but Gheorghe Drăghici was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iordache Dobrescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maxim Petrică's late challenge caught a MCM.LAZIO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maxim Petrică helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of MCM.LAZIO booed when fcrapid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxim Petrică didn't get a good kick on the ball. Basarab Spoială received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Iordache Dobrescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the MCM.LAZIO players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
