An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Dinculescu in the 20th minute of play forced PROCLEAN WWTP's goalkeeper Ionică Ivașcu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. PROCLEAN WWTP's Ionică Ivașcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Dinculescu in the 23rd minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, FC Bucovina's goal looked a bit too open when Mugurel Zoreanu came free, but Dumitru Trifu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ionică Ivașcu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Dinculescu in the 32nd minute of the match. Costel Voina charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Costel Voina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Bucovina getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Costel Voina hit a great ball. If Mugurel Zoreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dumitru Trifu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eric Rainea in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute, Eric Rainea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pompiliu Platon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Victor Dinculescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Mugurel Zoreanu made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Pompiliu Platon managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Bucovina's supporters rose to their feet, but Pompiliu Platon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ionică Ivașcu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Costel Voina hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. A collision led to FC Bucovina getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Costel Voina hit a great ball. Dumitru Trifu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eric Rainea's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. 63 minutes into the match, Mugurel Zoreanu notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of FC Bucovina's Dumitru Trifu. Dumitru Trifu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 75th match minute, FC Bucovina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Dinculescu to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, FC Bucovina's goal looked a bit too open when Mugurel Zoreanu came free, but Dumitru Trifu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moise Fărcășan's late challenge caught a FC Bucovina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dumitru Trifu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugurel Zoreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 88 minutes, Victor Dinculescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Bucovina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Dinculescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eric Rainea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
