Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ionel Simionică took the kick off in the first half of the match. 7 minutes into the game, Ciprian Iosub was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pecsetszeg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C. Câmpina the free kick. After a rather tough play, Pecsetszeg's Ciprian Iosub got a free kick in the 7th minute. 10 minutes into the game, Pecsetszeg's Ciprian Iosub nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilie Nenițescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciprian Iosub got free with Ilie Nenițescu in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 20 minutes into the match, Ciprian Iosub had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ilie Nenițescu. F.C. Câmpina's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciprian Iosub was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Nicu Epure blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ilie Nenițescu having to make a save. Costel Deșliu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionel Simionică in the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to Pecsetszeg getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Cosmin Chircu hit a great ball. When Ionel Simionică came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the F.C. Câmpina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ionel Simionică couldn't finish the play. Ciprian Iosub sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicu Epure made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicu Epure in the 51st minute of play forced F.C. Câmpina's goalkeeper Ilie Nenițescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Manole Bratu fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. Câmpina's protests and gave Manole Bratu a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, F.C. Câmpina's Manole Bratu got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Nicu Epure struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Ilie Nenițescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pecsetszeg. In the 55thth minute of the game Ciprian Iosub who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. Câmpina's Ilie Nenițescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dragoş Stanomir hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. If Ionel Simionică had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. F.C. Câmpina's Luca Dragotescu got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ciprian Iosub sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ionel Simionică took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Costel Deșliu. Costel Deșliu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 75 minutes into the game, Nicu Epure cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Ilie Nenițescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 80th minute, Ciprian Iosub got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Manole Bratu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 84 minutes had been played. After 84 played minutes F.C. Câmpina got a freekick which was hit by Manole Bratu. Ilie Nenițescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicu Epure, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After having played for 91 minutes, Ciprian Iosub managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pecsetszeg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciprian Iosub was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ionel Simionică during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ionel Simionică kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pecsetszeg fans cheered their team off the field, for while F.C. Câmpina had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
