Mugurel Piț ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 83rd minute, Ilie Micu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valer Oproiu kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 1-5 came in the 90th minute when Basarab Şteţ all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Francisc Gurlui. Gigi Adam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mircea Mardarescu having to interfere. The Moara Domneasca supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Macai's performance. The match ended with a win for Macai.
