In the 22nd minute of the match, Romeo Slicaru tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vlad Fânaru saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd rose to their feet as Marian Iliescu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vlad Fânaru. That made the score 3-0 in the 25 minute of play. Avantul Grindu's Vlad Fânaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Han Lin Zhen in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Marian Iliescu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vlad Fânaru. Marian Iliescu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Vlad Fânaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Slicaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Han Lin Zhen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlad Fânaru having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marian Iliescu got free with Vlad Fânaru in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Han Lin Zhen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd minute, Mugurel Suşu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vlad Fânaru was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. In the 86th minute Romeo Slicaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlad Fânaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ZION's Romeo Slicaru got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Avantul Grindu's goal looked a bit too open when Pavel Vanghelie came free, but Vlad Fânaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Pavel Vanghelie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vlad Fânaru was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. When Marian Iliescu fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ZION's protests and gave Marian Iliescu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd match minute, ZION was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marian Iliescu to maneuver through the defense. After 93 played minutes ZION got a freekick which was hit by Mugurel Suşu. When the referee ended the match the ZION players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
