Pompiliu Finteșteanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alin Achiriloaie, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute Corneliu Crăcană shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pompiliu Finteșteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pompiliu Finteșteanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sorin Brumaru in the 9th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Icing's goal looked a bit too open when Sorin Brumaru came free, but Pompiliu Finteșteanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute, Corneliu Crăcană ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pompiliu Finteșteanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 14th match minute, Icing was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iordache Gherghescu to maneuver through the defense. Iordache Gherghescu kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Alin Achiriloaie managed to get in a good position for a shot. RADA's supporters rose to their feet, but Alin Achiriloaie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pompiliu Finteșteanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the game, RADA's Sorin Brumaru nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pompiliu Finteșteanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Pompiliu Finteșteanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alin Achiriloaie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Corneliu Crăcană came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the RADA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Corneliu Crăcană couldn't finish the play. Icing's Pompiliu Finteșteanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Corneliu Crăcană in the 37th minute of play. Pompiliu Finteșteanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sorin Brumaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After 54 played minutes RADA got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Dantae. The supporters of Icing booed when RADA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alin Achiriloaie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Icing's Pompiliu Finteșteanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Icing from getting a goal against them. When Corneliu Crăcană in the 69th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Pompiliu Finteșteanu kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-6 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Sorin Brumaru in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pompiliu Finteșteanu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as RADA's Sorin Brumaru slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pompiliu Finteșteanu. That made the score 0-7 after 78 minutes of play. Corneliu Crăcană's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute, Pompiliu Finteșteanu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pompiliu Finteșteanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Constantin Doicaru in the 85th minute. Pompiliu Finteșteanu was a little too slow when Alin Achiriloaie got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 0-8. After some careless play in the RADA defense, George Domnescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alex Sălcudeanu. The RADA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alex Sălcudeanu should have stopped the shot. RADA played a much better game than Icing and deserved their victory. The Icing players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
