Spectators: 4764 (Terracing: 3000, Seating: 1764, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aurel Iordache kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sarafinesti's goalkeeper Andrei Bântu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 7th minute Cristinel Buda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Irinel Bogdan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Costel Patriciu struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Irinel Bogdan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarafinesti. Gigi Ghițescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Andrei Bântu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Costel Patriciu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sarafinesti's supporters rose to their feet, but Costel Patriciu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Irinel Bogdan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 27th minute, Cezar Necșulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aurel Iordache blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andrei Bântu having to make a save. In the 31st minute, Sarafinesti's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gigi Ghițescu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Sarafinesti's zone, Cosmin Popean stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrei Bântu came out of the goal and Cosmin Popean tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 35 in the game by Aurel Iordache from a close distance when the talented Andrei Bântu managed to make a qualified save. Sarafinesti's players were relieved. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Codrin Iovan during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Irinel Bogdan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costel Patriciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 44th match minute, Sarafinesti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudiu Tiţe to maneuver through the defense. Andrei Bântu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ilie Dindelegan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristinel Buda to strike the kick off in the second half. Irinel Bogdan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristinel Buda, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 57th minute Aurel Iordache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Bântu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Aurel Iordache came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Ozana Bucuresti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurel Iordache couldn't finish the play. In the 64th minute, Cosmin Popean got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aurel Iordache took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andrei Bântu. Andrei Bântu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristinel Buda in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Irinel Bogdan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 72nd minute of the match Cezar Necșulescu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Irinel Bogdan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Cosmin Popean managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ozana Bucuresti's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosmin Popean was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrei Bântu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Ozana Bucuresti's Irinel Bogdan got control of the ball when Costel Patriciu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ozana Bucuresti's Francisc Drăgănoiu got a free kick in the 87th minute. After 93 minutes of play, Ozana Bucuresti's Aurel Iordache made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrei Bântu was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Sarafinesti players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Ozana Bucuresti from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
