Spectators: 7761 (Terracing: 5823, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 153) Viorel Dancu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th match minute, Ivancauti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Jupâneanu to maneuver through the defense. Ionel Roşu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Dan Jupân skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, FC Micsunia's David Răica got a free kick in the 10th minute. FC Micsunia's Dan Jupân proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save FC Micsunia from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Ivancauti's Marcel Jupâneanu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dan Jupân. That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. If Gabriel Pacuraru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Ionel Roşu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ivancauti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Ionel Roşu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Dan Jupân tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Ivancauti booed when FC Micsunia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihail Ionescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ivancauti's zone, Gabriel Pacuraru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavril Braniște came out of the goal and Gabriel Pacuraru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Corneliu Purcaru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Dan Jupân made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ionel Roşu to make the kick off. The corner led FC Micsunia's Viorel Dancu to fire away a dangerous shot which Gavril Braniște despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viorel Dancu in the 58th minute of play forced Ivancauti's goalkeeper Gavril Braniște to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Micsunia's Dan Jupân played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcel Jupâneanu in the 61st minute of play. The supporters of Ivancauti booed when FC Micsunia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduard Angheloiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dan Jupân came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ivancauti's Ionel Roşu. But to his dismay, Ionel Roşu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After having played for 67 minutes, Ionel Roşu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ivancauti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ionel Roşu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Viorel Dancu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Gavril Braniște made a huge save. Gabriel Pacuraru was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 72nd minute. FC Micsunia's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Dan Jupân showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionel Roşu, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viorel Dancu in the 79th minute of play forced Ivancauti's goalkeeper Gavril Braniște to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viorel Dancu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute, Ionel Roşu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dan Jupân was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Dan Jupân showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionel Roşu, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viorel Dancu in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gavril Braniște prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Ivancauti's Ionel Roşu in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Micsunia's goalie prevented a goal. Ivancauti's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
