Spectators: 7548 (Terracing: 5798, Seating: 1600, VIP seats: 150) RADA's Corneliu Crăcană started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, RADA's Alin Achiriloaie dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Sorin Brumaru came free with the goalkeeper in the 7th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dorin Zegreanu could save by the left post. 10 minutes into the match, Sag's goalkeeper Dorin Zegreanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sorin Brumaru. 19 minutes into the match, RADA's goal looked a bit too open when Pompiliu Breazu came free, but Alex Sălcudeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Constantin Doicaru during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Denis Şuplăcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Sălcudeanu having to interfere. In the 31st minute Corneliu Crăcană shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorin Zegreanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute of the match, Sorin Brumaru got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dorin Zegreanu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisc Vârlan during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Sag booed when RADA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisc Vârlan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, RADA's Corneliu Crăcană sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dorin Zegreanu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 37th minute of the match, Gică Leahu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dorin Zegreanu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The long shot by Alin Achiriloaie in the 39th minute really tested Dorin Zegreanu's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Denis Şuplăcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Alex Sălcudeanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dorin Zegreanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sorin Brumaru in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pompiliu Breazu made a kick off. Dorin Zegreanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Corneliu Crăcană in the 55th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Ionuț Vermeşan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute, Sorin Brumaru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RADA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. David Trapcea charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Trapcea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 64th match minute, Sag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Trapcea to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Corneliu Crăcană in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dorin Zegreanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 69 minutes of play, RADA's Corneliu Crăcană made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dorin Zegreanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Corneliu Crăcană's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dorin Zegreanu was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alin Achiriloaie in the 75th minute of play forced Sag's goalkeeper Dorin Zegreanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alex Sălcudeanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pompiliu Breazu in the 77th minute of play. Francisc Vârlan was shown his second yellow card after 77 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, RADA's Francisc Vârlan got a free kick in the 78th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Corneliu Crăcană in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dorin Zegreanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alin Achiriloaie kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Cazimir Moisil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Alex Sălcudeanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Corneliu Crăcană had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. RADA's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
