When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vlad Caraiman made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Marcel Tender was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Unirea Urziceni's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Rapid Micesti the free kick. In the 51st minute, Marcel Tender hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ovidiu Iuga hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Nicolai Gørler was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vlad Caraiman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 55 minute of play. A collision led to FC Rapid Micesti getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Felix Voinea hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the game, Ştefan Milea threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Rapid Micesti's Filip Berceanu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Cornel Stoicea took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Olimpiu Buteanu. FC Rapid Micesti's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. During the 95th minute of the match Marcel Tender completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Marcel Tender a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 96th match minute, FC Unirea Urziceni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Tender to maneuver through the defense.
