Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mircea Urseanu made the kick off which started today's match. Costică Ivănescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Victor Urducea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. TNL Sector 3's Petre Purcărete played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mircea Urseanu in the 7th minute of play. Petre Purcărete took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mircea Urseanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 19 minutes, Francisc Romanescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mediasch and the TNL Sector 3 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute, Francisc Romanescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Costică Ivănescu struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Victor Urducea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TNL Sector 3. Nae Bala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Petre Purcărete made a huge save. In the 26th minute Sabin Inculeț shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Urducea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute of the match Lucian Drăgan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Petre Purcărete showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sabin Inculeț fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Urducea having to interfere. 34 minutes into the game, Mihnea Niculcea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mediasch's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TNL Sector 3 the free kick. Mihnea Niculcea hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Costică Ivănescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Sabin Inculeț had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 44th play minutes Costică Ivănescu shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Victor Urducea and just under the crossbar into goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sabin Inculeț stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes of play, Mediasch's Nae Bala made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petre Purcărete was left in no man's land by his defense there! Costică Ivănescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabin Inculeț in the 60th minute of play forced Mediasch's goalkeeper Victor Urducea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mediasch's Victor Urducea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Mediasch from getting a goal against them. Petre Purcărete made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mircea Urseanu in the 69th minute of play. Mircea Urseanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Petre Purcărete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisc Creteanu kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After 77 minutes, Petrică Duțulescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TNL Sector 3 and the Mediasch players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of TNL Sector 3 booed when Mediasch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihnea Niculcea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sabin Inculeț succeeded in the game's 83rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Mediasch's Mircea Urseanu got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Petre Purcărete took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nae Bala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nae Bala in the 92nd minute of play forced TNL Sector 3's goalkeeper Petre Purcărete to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mircea Urseanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The TNL Sector 3 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing TNL Sector 3 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
