Spectators: 6525 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 25) Fabian Moarcăș took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Liviu Gâgea. Liviu Gâgea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 5th match minute, FC DEIS -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Lunca to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the match, Samsud's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Moarcăș came free, but Liviu Gâgea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liviu Gâgea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eusebiu Oncescu went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of FC DEIS -MM- booed when Samsud was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Liviu Benga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Liviu Gâgea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustin Carabulea, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Augustin Carabulea sped through Samsud's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Liviu Gâgea. In the 38th minute Eusebiu Oncescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liviu Gâgea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Liviu Gâgea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebiu Oncescu in the 40th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC DEIS -MM-'s Ovidiu Doinaș got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Petre Stoicănescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute Augustin Carabulea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liviu Gâgea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sabin Măcriș to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC DEIS -MM-'s Nicu Vernescu got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Fabian Moarcăș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Liviu Gâgea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustin Carabulea in the 63rd minute of play. Liviu Gâgea was a little too slow when Fabian Moarcăș got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-5. Eusebiu Oncescu struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Liviu Gâgea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC DEIS -MM-. In the 79th minute Fabian Moarcăș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liviu Gâgea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Eusebiu Oncescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC DEIS -MM-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Eusebiu Oncescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Liviu Gâgea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Liviu Gâgea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eusebiu Oncescu in the 85th minute. Samsud's Liviu Gâgea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Samsud from getting a goal against them. In the 93rd minute, Sabin Măcriș got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Samsud fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC DEIS -MM- were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
