Horaţiu Dinulescu scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gelu Iordache, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gelu Iordache stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horaţiu Dinulescu's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. When Luca Vişan fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. Viitorul Șieu's protests and gave Luca Vişan a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, F.C. Viitorul Șieu's Luca Vişan got a free kick in the 18th minute. When Horaţiu Dinulescu fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nisipari's protests and gave Horaţiu Dinulescu a yellow card for diving instead. Aristide Hurmuzache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Gelu Iordache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the F.C. Viitorul Șieu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gelu Iordache should have stopped the shot. With his leg Toader Cosoreanu managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when F.C. Viitorul Șieu's Ilie Fecioru fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Horaţiu Dinulescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gelu Iordache read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 60 in the game by Horaţiu Dinulescu from a close distance when the talented Gelu Iordache managed to make a qualified save. F.C. Viitorul Șieu's players were relieved. A collision led to Nisipari getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Aristide Hurmuzache hit a great ball. Toader Cosoreanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilie Fecioru in the 65th minute of the match. Horaţiu Dinulescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gelu Iordache having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horaţiu Dinulescu got free with Gelu Iordache in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 76th minute, Ilie Fecioru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nisipari were furious when Dan Mustăcilă was red carded, 78 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee gave F.C. Viitorul Șieu a penalty, 79 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Luca Vişan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Nisipari's Toader Cosoreanu. 1-2. Doru Pătrașcu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Gelu Iordache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The F.C. Viitorul Șieu fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Nisipari were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
