Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Emilian Barbăsură kicked off to start the match. Mugurel Crăcană received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Gelu Iordache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristinel Ponor in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gelu Iordache, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for F.C. Viitorul Șieu! In the 26th minute, Girleasa CSM got a penalty, and Augustin Encuțoiu placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. When F.C. Viitorul Șieu's Emilian Barbăsură in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Girleasa CSM's goalie prevented a goal. 33 minutes into the game, Mugurel Crăcană recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gelu Iordache. Mugurel Crăcană showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Andrei Roman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Iorda in the 37th minute of play. F.C. Viitorul Șieu's Gelu Iordache proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Viitorul Șieu from getting a goal against them. Cristinel Ponor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gelu Iordache read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Aron Voineag hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristinel Ponor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gelu Iordache having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

In the 51st minute, Mugurel Crăcană got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristinel Ponor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, F.C. Viitorul Șieu's goal looked a bit too open when Cristinel Ponor came free, but Gelu Iordache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mugurel Crăcană scored 5-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gelu Iordache, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gelu Iordache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugurel Crăcană, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd match minute, Girleasa CSM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nae Baicea to maneuver through the defense. If Mugurel Crăcană had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Girleasa CSM's Augustin Encuțoiu got a free kick in the 81st minute. Gelu Iordache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mugurel Crăcană, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. Viitorul Șieu's zone, Iurie Căliman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gelu Iordache came out of the goal and Iurie Căliman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Mugurel Crăcană had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute Aron Voineag shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Roman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Girleasa CSM were the better team. Girleasa CSM's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
