After 4 minutes of play, Voetesti's Mihăiţă Curtean made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eric Ducu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eric Ducu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihăiţă Curtean in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Panait Şoltuz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marius Pietreanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iustinian Penciulescu having to interfere. Iustinian Penciulescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romeo Bucataru's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Tudor Vorniceanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Eric Ducu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romeo Bucataru in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iustinian Penciulescu saved Voetesti from getting behind. Eric Ducu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihăiţă Curtean in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Mihăiţă Curtean got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 42 played minutes Voetesti got a freekick which was hit by Mihăiţă Curtean. Tudor Vorniceanu took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eric Ducu. Eric Ducu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Titans Hill FC's Eric Ducu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Titans Hill FC from getting a goal against them. 59 minutes into the match, Mihăiţă Curtean dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eric Ducu, 1-4. After some careless play in the Titans Hill FC defense, Dumitru Păltineanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eric Ducu. The Titans Hill FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eric Ducu should have stopped the shot. In the 73rd minute Mihăiţă Curtean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Ducu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romeo Bucataru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Iustinian Penciulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marius Pietreanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the match, Mihăiţă Curtean dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eric Ducu, 1-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costin Lesnea in the 84th minute of play forced Titans Hill FC's goalkeeper Eric Ducu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 84 minutes, Cornel Tolea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Titans Hill FC and the Voetesti players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eric Ducu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihăiţă Curtean, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 88th match minute, Titans Hill FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavian Armeanca to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute Daniel Novac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Ducu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iustinian Penciulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marius Pietreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After 95 played minutes Voetesti got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Păltineanu. Tudor Vorniceanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Eric Ducu made a huge save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Voetesti had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
