An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcel Varga in the 16th minute of play forced BIC's goalkeeper Florin Arghir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the BIC defense, Marcel Varga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florin Arghir. The BIC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florin Arghir should have stopped the shot. In the 22nd minute Marian Naskrent suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. 22 minutes into the game, Marin Boerescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BIC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NoName Academy the free kick. A collision led to BIC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Marin Boerescu hit a great ball. If Calistrat Ciobanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Calistrat Ciobanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Florin Arghir made a huge save. In the 57th minute, Marcel Varga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florin Arghir made an important save on a dangerous shot by Calistrat Ciobanu in the 65th minute. Florin Arghir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Calistrat Ciobanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute.
