Spectators: 7674 (Terracing: 5756, Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 153) Teobald Magdziarz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Florin Arghir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Petculescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florin Arghir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basarab Huștiu in the 8th minute of play. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Valentin Petculescu sped through BIC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Florin Arghir. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Valentin Petculescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panaitoaia's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentin Petculescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florin Arghir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 16 minutes, Manuel Săliştean managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panaitoaia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Săliştean was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Florin Arghir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Petculescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. The audience was convinced that Valentin Petculescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Florin Arghir was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teobald Magdziarz got free with Nichifor Cerchez in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Manuel Săliştean recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emanuel Vădan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romeo Stancu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Nichifor Cerchez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Săliştean charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuel Săliştean the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 36 played minutes BIC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Vădan. Emanuel Vădan was extremely unlucky when he, in the 46th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valentin Petculescu made a kick off. Teobald Magdziarz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nichifor Cerchez having to interfere. Nichifor Cerchez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Vădan in the 58th minute of the match. A hard shot 64 in the game by Valentin Petculescu from a close distance when the talented Florin Arghir managed to make a qualified save. BIC's players were relieved. When Panaitoaia's Valentin Petculescu in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BIC's goalie prevented a goal. With his leg Florin Arghir managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Panaitoaia's Valentin Petculescu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Valentin Petculescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romeo Stancu hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. A hard shot 77 in the game by Valentin Petculescu from a close distance when the talented Florin Arghir managed to make a qualified save. BIC's players were relieved. Panaitoaia's Nichifor Cerchez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Stancu in the 82nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Cosmin Borcea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panaitoaia's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosmin Borcea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florin Arghir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th minute Manuel Săliştean suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 86 minutes, Romeo Stancu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BIC and the Panaitoaia players grew even worse after the yellow card. Romeo Stancu hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Cazimir Berceanu, 88 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valentin Petculescu in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florin Arghir prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rd minute Basarab Huștiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florin Arghir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute, Panaitoaia's Valentin Petculescu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Florin Arghir. Florin Arghir yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Panaitoaia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
